CUMULUS DESIGN, INC. began with a passion and devotion for land development. With over 20 years of experience, Matthew and Paul Cragun started Cumulus Design to provide personalized Civil Engineering,
Site Design, Master Planning and Development Permitting services.
We provide full consultanting services to both the public and private sectors within a wide variety of project types. Some of our project experience includes corporate, commercial, hospitality, governmental, educational and medical projects. We currently provide services in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana and look to expand our coverage areas to meet our clients needs.
Our company focus is customer service, taking the time to actually listen to the client and working with them to complete the project successfully. We utilize current technologies, past experience, and employee innovations to provide our clients with the best possible project that meets and exceeds expectations.

MATTHEW CRAGUN, has over 21 years of design work in the southern region of the US ranging from banks and commerical centers, to schools and hospitals. With such a wide range of exposure to different markets and designs, he is able to cater each project to the likes and needs of even the most complex projects.
PAUL CRAGUN, has over 10 years of design experience with projects throughout Texas including residential, commercial, institutional, as well as public and private infrastructure.
