COMMERCIAL
Cumulus Design understands the demands, requirements and goals placed on commercial and retail design projects. Some of these demands include zoning requirements, environmental issues, utility demands, client and tenant requirements, site visibility and access needs.
We emphasize the importance of staying on schedule and the complete coordination of all disciplines involved in each stage of design and construction. Our team at Cumulus Design has experience in various projects ranging from mixed use high-rises to individual commercial sites. We work with the project team from the conceptual planning stages through construction and occupancy of the project.
MUNICIPAL
Cumulus Design has a broad range of experience in many different types of institutional and municipal projects, including schools, university buildings, meeting houses, houses of worship, hospitals, municipal water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer projects.
By understanding that these projects are designed and built to accommodate large amounts of people or demand, we work as part of the design team to provide solutions that fulfill the project goals. Accessibility, utility demands and zoning requirements are all important aspects of every project and we work hard to seemlessely incorporate them into our designs.
